The Jobit family vineyard, located in the heart of the Cognac appellation in the Charente region of France, is spread over 30 hectares of limestone and clay-limestone hillsides in the two prestigious crus of Grande and Petite Champagne.

Terroir : Clay-limestone hills typical of the Grande and Petite Champagne terroirs.
Grape variety : Ugni Blanc
Maturation: Blend of 4 to 8 year old eaux de vies aged in “gros grain” French oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Beautiful Cognac combining intensity and finesse.
Golden yellow color with amber reflections.
Nose : Notes of acacia, orange and apricot, with a spicy hint of vanilla and liquorice.
Palate : Great power characteristic of the vintage, fruity taste, notes of spices and toffee, mellow with a long and very supple finish with an important maturity.
Serving temperature : 15° / 16°.
Enjoy this Cognac with an ice cube as an aperitif or on its own to appreciate all its complexity.
